Which is best, you might ask? Granite, marble and quartz are all great options for kitchens, bathrooms, mud & laundry rooms, but it is good to know that most natural options like granite and marble are porous and require regular maintenance and care to maintain its natural beauty.
The luxury of quartz is that it offers a non-porous surface which makes it much more durable and offers less maintenance. Another feature we love about quartz is the many colors and patterns available. White granite and marble offer some really beautiful, natural patterns and veining, quartz offers similar natural patterns as well as more contemporary patterns with glass, metals and/or other stones.
