Michelle Thomas

**Principal | Owner**
Michelle ‘s vibrant and energetic approach to life is reflected in her personal style and design talent. Michelle loves color and feels it is one of our most powerful design tools. Color sets the mood and gives our spaces personality and feeling.
Michelle’s work is inspired by a desire to transform spaces. Every project is like a puzzle to solve, and she delights in the opportunity to create by working with a variety of clients. To help her clients achieve their design goals, Michelle believes the first step is putting customer service above all else. It gives her great pleasure to see her clients experience the positive impact a new design has on their environment.
Michelle resides in Austin with her son, daughter and husband. Michelle embraces an all-around active lifestyle. She is an avid tennis player with a fierce competitive streak! Her energetic family enjoys sports, the outdoors and travel to all types of destinations.

Stephanie Martenson

**Design Director**
Stephanie approaches design with tremendous creativity, but also a focus on function. Creating a practical, usable space is key. However, there is always room for beauty in design. Stephanie values a welcoming and inviting space with calming hues and an occasional pop of color. She loves adding unique and unexpected accents to elevate ordinary design.
A native to Central Texas, Stephanie enjoys life with her son and husband outside of the Austin city limits on a little bit of land. If she isn’t enjoying some peace and quiet by her pool, the Texas coast is probably her favorite place to be, and she vacations at the beach there often with family and friends.

Carly nelson

**Designer**
Carly balances classic sophistication with a modern, edgy aesthetic. She uses different textures and materials together to create balance in design. She also likes combining design styles. A traditionally designed space with carefully selected on trend pieces can make a terrific impact.
Carly loves the outdoors and feels lucky to live near the lake where she enjoys hiking, spending time on the water and playing an occasional 9 hole game of golf. Her partner Colton and darling dog Cookie are by her side for her many adventures. They love to travel together, especially to the mountains.

VANESSA Allgood

**Logistics Coordinator**
Vanessa entered the design world after a career in outside sales and consulting. She loves seeing the designs that Michelle, Stephanie and Carly put together and is always amazed at how their ideas and creativity are executed in their plans. Vanessa’s talents are in a different wheelhouse. Her focus on customer service and attention to detail keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Vanessa grew up in the Dallas area, but she has called Austin home for most of her adult life and thinks it is a great place to live with her husband and two children. She enjoys exercise, relaxing with a book and cheerleading at her kids’ sporting events.
